Chris got a vote from me. I have said it many times before, the wholesalers I meet are trying to sell me stuff I have already turned down. Stuff I found on the MLS my self. I don't have anything against the concept. I just need to see some value in what you are doing.

All on the same day......geesh I need a beer :D

Wow Joe!!!
I have been trying to sell the Mrs on the idea that we need some passive income. Then you go and post something like this. She just has started liking me again after losing on a rehab; 2 YEARS AGO!!

Tom
My appologies about my comment that terroists can come from Hawaii; but, I think you know who I was referring to. You have been voted up by me.
I have spent some time in Indonesia on a business trip years ago. I was scared to death that I would forget my passport and not have it on me when pulled over. I had to show it at least a couple of times a day when in the major cities. I didn't even think about being racially profiled then. I just considered the place I was in and they wasn't going to put up with any crap. Just days after I returned to the states, the team I left behind had to hide away from the musilum extremist in Jakarta. A year or two later, a night club in Bali was blown up in their God's name. This is the closest I have been to terroist. But, it left an impression. Their God tells them to kill me because I do not beleave in him. Think about some of the attacks they have comitted. Most are cowardly. But, some are ingenious. That is why I fear the ultimate attack will come from within; up to and including placing people in leadership roles that can wreck our ecomomy. I sure hope our eyes are opened up before it is too late.

My order (from your list)....
1.Terrorism
2.Rogue nations
3.Unsecured borders
4.National debt

Acually in my opinion, the first three are tied together. Coming from Texas, there was a time when the border was not a concern. Those crossing illegaly were chasing a dream. Now, "Rogues" that really want to cause me and my family harm can cross our borders with the same ease. The worse Fears I have are the nut jobs we are producing with our education system. As Mike said before, we are allowing them to be taught about things that have no relevance to the basics. I fear the worse is yet to come from terroist that are produced right here in the USA (or Kenya, Hawaii, Indonesia). Which reminds me. What right does our Yahoo president have to declare that we are not a Christian nation anymore? I claim to be a Christian. Do I still have a country?
Sorry for the rant Rich. I don't know if that is what you were looking for or not.

Motivation is the factor. I chase REO's and have decided to look for those that have been on the market for a while instead of jumping on the "just listed". Hopefully those banks are a littel more motivated.

I got tired of messing with a popcorn ceiling a while back. I sprayed it with Kiltz to even things out before I painted it. It looked so good after the Kiltz, I didn't bother to paint it.

I have heard of offers being made without even seeing the outside.
I guess you could do that with an inspection contengency. Then start haggeling. I sure ain't having no success with my offers vice versa!

Josh,
Steve nailed my intent with this topic. I have been making about three offers a week for the last few weeks.
When I hit on one, I will be a big blabber mouth on this forum.
