Hello All, 

I'm located in Portland, where the market is HOT. I want to get my license for two reasons 1) Interest in switching careers and 2) Education. I can read blogs, listen to podcasts, etc. but I really desire to learn what exactly goes into being an agent. I feel this may make a future investor more well-rounded. 

Does schooling really matter when you're getting your license? Do people care where / how you got your schooling? Are there reputable schools either online or in Portland that are better than others? At present I'm mostly talking about the prep school that satisfy your hours requirement and help you prep for the exam.
