@James Wise universty hts is going up too i believe ... what do you mean by HUGE ? what do you think about taylor road . im looking at a 56 unit . i would think there is some potential . i would love to bring some new life there . what do you think ?

just curious (im JUST a newbie investor) have you looked into a good property manager yet . i would guess that is one thing to worry about in a C neiborhood.( idk )

Hi everyone . Im new here . im really excited to find this site ! Im originally from cleveland . I live and work in new jersey . Im a construction manager doing rehabs on apartment buildings . Before that i worked for my dads plumbing business in cleveland . Before that  i was a inspector for safeguard doing inspections on forclosed houses or soon to be .. 

 Im looking to jump into large multi familys . That is my goal for this year . I would get into sfr or smaller mf too . Im also learning about mobile home parks which intrests me alot . 

  Im hoping to learn and do many things in the coming months , like  getting a mortgage , direct mail marketing , driving for dollars , and much more .
