Hi, I am a new licensed Realtor in the Ozarks, MO. I have closed 8 transactions in the last 6 months, but I am hitting the mark where everyone I come across is not qualified to buy and I am abouts to pull my hair out. I am wanting to know where I can get good qualified leads. I have my own website and use ppc etc. Also thinking about speaking to some investors. Please, any advice you can give me is appreciated.
