The Deal-Finder, Off-Market listings seem to be seriously outdated.  Every one I have researched (which is many) that seem interesting I find they've already been through rehab and sold.  Most of them several years ago.  Please provide feedback on this as I paid to be a Pro Member to have valid data available.

Nice to meet you Ray! Right, I have excellent credit rating. I also grew up in a family of investors for rentals and/or mortgage holders.  I've been exposed in many facets of the industry for many years and like I said am eager to learn more and be personally hand-on.  I would like to meet up with you to discuss what you are willing to share!

Hello all!

I have a background in the corporate world of real estate finance and am ready to be an active investor myself.  I have been researching and reading everything I can in effort to learn the ropes.  I look forward to my continued learning and working in the industry to not only build financial independence but to help people in need.  Hopefully I will even meet and partner with some of you!
