Air b and B is short term and some have them in the house they live in.  I have a large bedroom in my home that I rent out. I bought and paid for this house I should be able to have a guest or a few if I want them. So if they do not pay does that change every thing? I hope when folks have guests they are reasonably quiet , do not disturb the neighborhood and have plenty of parking that will not grieve any one.
