Thanks you guys for the feedback, my first try at learning this business was via Fortune Builders ...from what I've already read that probably isn't too shocking to most of you! @Christopher thanks for the links, I have already finished the Ultimate Beginner's Guide, will follow up with that Wholesaling link...

Ready to learn about the REI and wholesaling, especially here in my local community of Houston. I work full time as a nurse and look forward to this new business adventure. I know it will take dedication and balance. Not sure if I should jump in to pursuing a license or take my time and learn all the ends and out... any suggestions from my fellow Houstonians ...how'd you conquer this business...

I am a practical 1 + 2 = 3 type of person. Not your typical sink or swim, loyal risk takers like "most relator's are predicted to be. But Real Estate interest me! It is a mixture of the potential for financial security / wealth and challenge of trying something new that draws me in... The few people that I do know who are invested in this business tell me this is in no way a possible part time job.. What are you guys thoughts? I'm interested in wholesaling, and would love to hear some opinions.
