I eventually plan to own apartment buildings, however,I would like to start smaller scale with single family homes and maybe some duplexes while I start.

Hello, I just got started reading, learning and listening to a bunch of stuff related to real estate. It involves the three things that I was interested in as a child: business, architecture and law. I'm really interested in meeting like-minded people and learning as much as I can to be successful.

I'm not looking to be spoon-fed success ("give a man a fish") but would love some guidance in where to start as I'm only 20 and don't have a large net worth, but I do have a large interest and willingness to work as hard as I need to in order to succeed.

I was in a webinar that suggest paying for "Pro" which I plan to purchase as soon as I get back from LA on the 4th of March. Any advice from you BP members is more than welcome!
