My wife and I invest in multifamily properties in the Seattle-metro market and we would like to diversify our portfolio. I'd like to explore multifamily properties in Texas and need an experienced agent to assist. Please message me if you're interested in working with us or if you know of anyone in your network you recommend I connect with.
Thanks,
Don

Thanks Bob. This is an outstanding resource. Are there key metrics you pay more attention than others when evaluating a property?

My wife and I currently own 4 investment properties - one duplex, two triplex's and a single family home. We are looking to calculate the return on investment for each property to objectively evaluate our portfolio. Are there a few formulas or key metrics you recommend we use to properly evaluate our properties (i.e. home value plus rental income, cap rate, etc)? If so, would you mind sharing the formula? Thanks!

Thank you all for the response! Buildium appears like a great fit and is only $45/month for 20 units or less. I'll look into Quickbooks as well as for tax preparation purposes.

I currently own and rent 9 units and I'm managing the properties as well. I am looking for a moderately-priced (free would be best) property management software--similar to Appfolio. Any recommendations?
