Has anyone on BiggerPockets had experience with Pensco.   Are they truly custodial, or only offer administrative support?

I agree with Kelly D. I live in Milwaukee, WI and was on a mission to find a financial institution that would custody alternative assets. 

In the interim, was diagnosed with a disease that's consuming my time right now. Would like to get back to REI eventually and would like to find a custodian that would allow checkbook control. And preferably somewhere in the Midwest

I am so interested. Unfortunately I'm undergoing a chemo treatment on Thursday. I'm going to keep an eye out for future meetings

I'm just in the process of buying a side by side town home. Does anyone have thoughts on how to select compatible tenants and also can anyone supply a sample lease agreement
