@Al Williamson, this thread is dead, but thanks for linking to that blog post! I had basically the same question re: cash flow vs. building wealth. I'm still tiptoeing my way into this game, but am not all that concerned about cash flow just for the sake of cash flow (unlike most, I'm actually happy with my job).
