Hello members of BP,

i recently joined this community once i stumbled upon the BiggerPockets podcasts on spotify. I am a SoCal native who recently moved up to Beaverton a few months ago. I am currently working a full time job Mon-Fri so i will be investing after work and weekends so basically part time (until i have a big enough cushion to transfer over and do investing on a full-time basis). I am young but I am very motivated and determined to be successful. I have already attended one meetup and plan on attending many more. i am writing this post to not only introduce myself but to hopefully connect with local investors/wholesalers who can be my future business partners
