Sounds helpful we have several deals to use as examples.

Thanks all yes I do invest on the LP side but primarily we are acquiring and looking to ad more people to our team who can raise capital for the syndication side.

We have owned and operated in the Market, 250 units since 2019.  Yes the tax issues are part of our underwriting and something we calculate for.  So far we have contested the taxes every year and we have won every time.  Do you invest in other markets?

Yes thanks, do you own in texas?

I have been operating 50+ multifamily properties in texas since 2019. It has not been easy but we have always found success. We actively buying this market and others. Syndication and JV can be tough but we have always followed strict fundamentals and that have delivered results. As we grow we will always be looking for experienced raisers and partners. What has been your experience in texas.

Hello I am an operator of student multifamily properties around texas and through the southeast.  We have closed three properties in the last 3 years and one this year.  Our property size is between 50 to 150 units per property.  We are conservative operators and have performing properties across our portfolio.

We are  expanding our acquisitions in this segment and we will need partners who are experienced in syndication capital raising in the 5 to 8 million dollar range.

This segment offers superior returns and security to investors.  Our current contracted property is 100% leased and 100% pre-leased for the next year.  It is A class new construction and will require a raise of 5 million.

I would like to hear from professional partners with experience at this level of capital .

Thanks

Doug
