Would like to keep in touch maybe bounce strategies from time to time like I said market and timeline wise we are in similar positions and looking at the same markets.

@Tony Green welcome, also in va beach and also in much the same boat. Finding much of the same you are in the duplex market here. They are out there but have to move fast as there is a lot of competition in this market. Have you thought much about SF via BRRRR method?

I used Real Estate Express here in VA and their program was good. The exam prep hit the mark and they have a pass or don't pay option. I will say that the course they offer is not very interactive and is very heavy on reading, if you are that type of learner then its perfect.
