Thanks! I'm really enjoying the BP podcasts. I'm just getting started on some more literature. Any recommendations out there in the BP world? I know there were two new releases this past month focused on rental property investment and management from bigger pockets but anything else would be helpful!

Good afternoon!
My name is Doug Young, I have been looking into buying real estate for the past 5-6 months, reading books and attempting to get a grip on what the market looks like in central florida where I'll be moving for work. I will have a full time job and have plenty of student debt. I am hoping that investing in real estate will aid me in getting rid of my debt and providing wealth for me in my future. The aspect of investing that has interested me most is rental properties. It seems like Bigger Pockets has a big focus on introductions and creating a community so I look forward to hearing from others!
