HI Everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself. I was born and raised in Vegas, and want to get into real estate. I have been thinking about doing it for some time, and really wished I got into it here last year. Now I'm ready to take the first step. My goal is supplement my job with extra income. I am hoping to eventually get into apartment buildings.

You may also want to check with a Probate Attorney in Louisiana, because I know in Nevada that if the Bank that holds the Mortgage fails to file a timely claim for the mortgage with the Probate Court that the Estate is being administered in, then their lien can possibly be cut out.
