Hello,

A college student finishing up his bachelors degree, will be teaching, so have time off in the summer. Want to obviously get into real estate but want to start getting my realtor license. Is that a good idea and if so what are the best classes to take for your real estate license. Price should not matter but I do not want to get scammed, of course.

@Adan Ibarra thank you for the help. I never really thought about the FHA loan and then doing that. I thought about buying a duplex and then using that extra bedroom to cover the mortgage.

Hello,

Beginner investor in real estate, I am reading the book "How to Invest in Real Estate" by the two guys who run this. I saw a couple of things that interested me, simply because of my money situation. I am a college student who wants to invest in real estate but want to start out small. Is mobile homes the best way to go? Or can I do vacant land? Anyways - what is the best option to do real estate investing for mobile homes.

Thanks for any help,

Drake
