Hi Guys and Gals,

Christian from Sweden here (New to BP). I really would appreciate your take on below scenario:

My first investment is a 7 unit apartment house( with 3 more potential units). The Purchase price is 2.55 million SEK (1 SEK=9,20 USD)The bank will help me with 1.9 million  I will pay the rest with my own money. The income today on 7 units is 26K SEK.

Some more info from Sweden. The interest, if you buy something private is approx 1.5% with a amortization of 2% for 30 years. If you buy it in a company your interest will be approx 3% with the same amortization.

The closing cost in this case is 76250 SEK if I buy it. If my company buys it the closing cost is 146375 SEK.

Does it make sense to buy it myself or would it make more sense if I where to lend 726k SEK to my company and the company buys the property? On the 726k, the company would pay me 6% interest.

Thank you.
