Has anyone had success flipping in a month and being able to sell? in the LV Market?

Thank for for the advice. You see short sales being something that is happening a lot in vegas currently? It just seems like these properties are SOOOO far underwater... some 1/4 of what they were in '06...

Has anyone had success flipping in a month and being able to sell? I've heard mixed things from different people (Who also have different agenda's)

Hello everyone!

I'm getting into real estate and from what everything i've read Vegas is the place to be. I've been lurking around this site for a while I'm currently living in SoCal, but am looking to invest via flipping houses.

I've built my power team in vegas that are identifying properties and reporting back to me on repairs and strategies.

What are people seeing in the vegas market? Is it realistic, right now, to be flipping w/in a month and selling with a sizable profit? Or are investors having to flip, and cash flow for a year or possibly lease-option?
