Hello,

I would just like to start by saying that I'm pretty excited to join this community :). The amount of information and experienced members offering advice makes this website a gold mine!

About me:

As of right now, I'm just an 18 (soon to be 19) year old college student who one day aspires to be a successful real estate investor.

I'm originally from St. Louis, Missouri but I grew up (and currently live) in Lincoln, Nebraska where I've been taking a few gen-eds at a local community college. My current GPA is a 4.0 :]

Attending University of Nebraska Omaha next fall, but after next year the plan is to transfer into a more prestigious university out of state. I plan on majoring in PoliSci and then hopefully attend Stanford Law - I'll be making a more detailed post about my educational/career goals in the "Goals, Business Plans&Entities" section soon to get more insight from the community.

In school, my favorite subjects are English, History, and Writing. I also enjoy learning mathematical concepts (the actual math part not so much).

I competed in Speech (Extemporaneous) and took several Law, Public Speaking, and Debate classes.

Athletics has always been a passion of mine; in highschool I competed in XC, Wrestling, and Track and Field. I would still be exercising regularly but I severely broke my ankle last year causing exercise to be incredibly difficult. As a result, I've gotten pretty scrawny but I'm planning on starting again now that its healing more properly.

Currently work in sales for a local business owned by family friends. This experience has been invaluable in the skillset its given me and will no-doubt assist me when I begin my career in REI.

I look forward to learning from/getting to know this community.

- Joseph.
