I have indirectly managed the multi-unit rental property of my parent for many years. I own a few single family homes (one a rental) so I offer management experience. My focus area for purchasing multi-units will offer definite PROFITS. Any Investor will win by working with me .

How can I get a private investor to consider investing in my first multi-unit property purchase under my new LLC and EIN? It seems my personal credit and assets have been a big factor.
