Greenville SC, and surrounding areas: I wanted to put something on BP to get the word out of my companies presence in our market. We are traditional hard money lenders with non traditional approach. Meaning, we are not for everyone, and those who we connect with for lending we seek to be partners with in their investment journey, not a one-off vendor. We are geared to turbocharge their growth, and allow them to act faster in the market, and be a present partner(local and accessible), so they can double their portfolio, or net income this year.
