Joe Splitrock I am interested in either, but would be limited to size on my own do to lack of capital! So far we just have SFH near the USF and Sanford area. But defiantly want to get into Multi-family!

Good morning,

I am from Sioux Falls SD and I have been in Real Estate for 6 years. I have been following BiggerPockets for about 3 months (Reading the forms and listening to the podcast) and finally taking the 'drive in' with my first post.

My history with RE has mainly been working as a financial analyst for a developer/owner operator of Commercial RE, Hotels, and Large Apartment Complexes. I was in charge of creating all pro forma's (pre-aquistion/development) and financial reporting (post-development). I believe I have a good foundation of real estate and now I am looking at expanding my personal portfolio (that currently stands two SFH and a "house Hack").

My goal is to grow my portfolio to a point where I can make a complete jump into RE full-time in the next 5 years. In the short run, I am planning on sticking with Buy and holds (either turn key or Flips). Eventually, I would like to move to small and large multifamily's and commercial RE.

I look forward to my continued growth with BiggerPockets and hope I can assist others with the Financial/Pro Forma needs.
