I'm currently 30 years old, work a full time job 40+ hrs a week. At the moment I have a salary of $42,000. I've done construction (Masonry particularly) since my young teens. I've always wanted to rehab houses, just never could get myself to take that's first step. My question is, what's the easiest way to get the funds I would need for an entry level flip? Thanks
