I'd love to attend if you can send me the invite. I live in Cheshire CT and have been getting up to speed and almost ready to buy my first multifamily here in Central CT. Looking to connect with others and seek out a team to help me achieve my goal for the year of acquiring 3 properties and growing from there. Primary interest is a balance of cash flow and appreciation. First few I'm looking to acquire more turn key rented units and then transitioning to BRRR as I get my experience in check. Hope to join you for the pint and properties meet up.
