Hello,

I'm currently trying to formulate Mobile Home Park lists and have had minimal success in terms of the correct owners and addresses. Is there anything you believe would be of assistance to me? I appreciate any and all help!

I am currently 17 and want to begin investing in real estate when I am 18. I currently do not have a W2 job but am talking with possible private lenders who seem to be on board with funding a deal when the time comes. Does anybody have any idea about how I would be able to get a mortgage on a property? Would I have the private lenders name on the mortgage? Would both of our names be on the mortgage? How would I be able to do this?
