@Drew VanZwieten I'm sure this is way further ahead in LA, but as a chevy bolt driver myself this is something I've thought could really differentiate a rental unit here in central oh.  any idea if there are similar programs here?

LA is a further ahead than many places, but a lot of utility companies across the country offer similar incentives. They all have their own flavor though. I would check your electrical utility’s website to see if they have any programs currently running.

Here are a couple going on in Ohio, but I’m sure there are more. They aren’t always active year-round and may not cover the entire cost, but they help. LADWP usually covers our entire installation cost.

Westerville PowerUp Rebate

AES Rebate

Hi everyone,

I’m based in Los Angeles and help commercial and multifamily properties take advantage of the LADWP rebate program to install electric vehicle chargers at zero cost.

I know self-promotion and advertising aren’t allowed here, so I won’t share any details or links. I’d still love to connect with property owners who are exploring EV charging and learn more about what owners are looking for. I’m also happy to share insights with anyone working on similar projects in other areas.

If anyone has suggestions for appropriate ways to connect with owners or investors in the area, I’d really appreciate it that too!

Looking forward to being part of the community.

Thanks!
