Hello! I am interested in purchasing land approx1-5 acres near HITS and Florida horse park. I wondered if anyone has any thought where to stay away from or where to focus my price range?

I am interested in investing in property in and around Hot Springs AR. I lived there for 9 years and am very familiar with the area and have great contacts for real estate, construction and miscelaneous.
