Hi! Thanks for the useful insights. I'll look into the REIA.

Why Wa? I spend time there. I have friends and family and associates there. I’ve been spending time there since I was a child and it feels like a great place, (except for the high crime and drug use, areas which I would never invest in…). Overall, I love it there. And I’m also a pro pilot and I fly there with ease; its not that far for me... If I can find a property in a smart market that makes sense, then I’d enjoy having another asset there, and growing a portfolio there. How is the market right now overall? I understand that the overall prices (and rents) jumped up significantly during the covid era and they stayed up? Is this your understanding?  

I live in Ca, but I’m looking to learn all about Washington state (Seattle) markets.
