Hey BP! My name is Dan Schintz and I am from Minnesota. I am new to real estate investing and have been studying and listening to the BP RE podcast for about a year now with an interest in Buy and Hold, BRRRR, and House Hacking. I am currently looking for my first multifamily property to help begin my path toward financial independence and am excited to continue to learn and grow in my knowledge of RE investing!
