Married with 2 children. I've worked in healthcare for the past decade and looking to invest in local, small multifamily properties. Currently living in our home and plan on renting to keep low interest rate while we house hack a duplex to start our investing in real estate. Currently vetting local property managers to manage our single family home when we move out. Just looking to use the website for info and network.
