Are short sale good deals?

@Christopher Phillips it says for sale by owner and I didn’t get an answer when I called the number listed.

I am having a difficult time, connecting the owner of a property listed for sell. Any tips on how I would be able to see the property, I learned that there are tenants squatting?

I received a pre- approval for 60k. The duplex unit i’m looking at is listed at 55k. I haven’t seen the property yet, any tips on first walk through and should I bring anyone with me beside real estate agent?

I found a duplex I am considering getting pre approve for but found out their is squatters in the units. What should I do next?

Considering buying a property but when doing my due diligence I found that the property owes $7k in taxes what should I do if it’s a good deal. Haven’t seen the house in person yet. But ran the number and it’s beats the 2% rule.
