I currently have two properties under contract in North Newark. One is a single family that could be converted into a Multifamily and the other is a two family that is in need of a complete rehab. Can anyone help whole sale this deal for me.

My partner and I put our first property under contract. Are there any investors familiar with North Newark that can help wholesale our contract. Is there anyone with a large buyers list.

I would like to partner with Investors and Rehabbers throughout the New Jersey area. There are a lot of REO Properties that I have access to through relationships I have established with Realtors.

Good Day All!

I hope everyone had a great Holiday with your family. I am new to real estate and bigger pockets and my purpose is to connect with people who are willing to offer guidance to help kick start my wholesaling career. My short term goal is to start wholesaling, then move to rehabbing, and own maybe 2 to 3 Commercial Buildings in the long term.  So I need to establish business relationships with private money lenders and rehabbers/flippers to help get started.
