I am completing my Real Estate license in Utah soon, and would like the opinions of those who know better than me. What should I look for in affiliating with a broker? Should I look for a national chain, local, or are there other options? Independent contractor or employee? Thanks in advance.

New here from Utah, hope to be able to learn a little more on the site, I just got involved in real estate, dropped out of Law School when I felt that it wasn't for me. I enjoy the way that I have been able to build up my own worth and learn more about investments in real estate that I would like to be more involved in. I am interested in flipping, renting, and REO's, as well as hoping to focus my sales on younger, college-age crowds looking for condos, townhouses, etc...
