What's up Bigger Pockets peeps? I have no credit history established, and no money (OK, maybe like $1,000) to make my first real estate investment. I was just wondering if anyone out there has any insight as to what kind of options exist that don't necessarily require someone to have good credit (or any) to get the funds that are needed to make a profitable investment.

Just a big thanks to all who have joined the discussion since my last post, I appreciate all the feedback. Finally finished reading the Beginners Guide. Right now just working on getting some credit built up. In the meantime I'll continue to read and soak up what I can in my free time. Thanks again everyone.

Thanks for the post Liam. BP is pretty cool so far. I too have no money to get started, and I'm working on building some credit. I'm not ready to quit my day job just yet.

I have absolutely no experience in real estate investing. All I know is I want to become wealthy and I think this is a worthwhile endeavor to get there. I live in Tacoma, WA and I rent a room for $500 a month. I'm not sure in what capacity I want to invest, I basically just want to learn all I can. Thanks for reading.
