Hello,
My name is Dustin and I have spent hours and hours on YouTube and read some good books about real estate.
I am interesting in investing Single Family Residence properties with lease/option strategy because it seems easy thing to do with no money down, nothing. I have not started looking for my first property yet but I will soon!
I wanted to take some notes coming from you guys. Your experiences, weight on pros and cons, what to do during COVID-19, suggestions, anything!
I want to help sellers to sell their house and I want to help buyers to find their new homes!
