Hello! My name is Dustin and I am starting my real estate investing dream. I currently live in the Amarillo, TX market and am learning as much as I can. I am interested in single family, multi family, and just learning about BRRRR. I have not looked into the Amarillo market because me and the wife just started traveling in Texas in our Camper full time as my Daughters are living in my permanent residence. I have looked at lots of areas in Texas and Oklahoma markets. I have a great friend willing to be my bank but would like to understand the hard money lending too. I look forward to learning on here as I still have lots of questions.
