I'm a local wholesaler here in Memphis and I'm in the process of trying to acquire my first property here in the city using the delayed financing method. The property is in the 38127 zip. The ARV for properties in this area are 75k. I'm currently trying to find private money to fund the deal which will be around $50k including rehab costs. Can someone help me or lead me in the right direction with lenders who might be able to accommodate me? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
