Hey y'all! I'm Dwayne, I'm from SC, just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina but split time between here and East Tennessee. New to the community and investing as a whole but have been on the periphery (watching videos and reading) for a few months. Definitely interested in meeting new people, potential mentors to help get to my goals of financial freedom by 35 (I'm 28 currently) and 200 units by 40. This is a transition for me as I left day to day operations of the company I started in college back in May because being "home" 3 weeks a year was draining and wouldn't solely fulfill my desire to build generational wealth for my potential children and grandchildren.
