I'm currently reading the BRRR…method. On chapter 1. David Greene mentions that to see results using BRRR…you have to increase profits and decrease basis. Can anyone explain to me what he meant by decreasing basis? Thanks!

Is it possible to do a 1031 if you house hack every property you own?
