Hi @Ned Carey ! I definitely wouldnt rule it out, but I am finding more deals elsewhere at the moment. The projects I am finding in Vegas are higher end, and being a beginner, I'd like to get a few under my belt before I scale up. Thanks for asking !

I am a new investor from Las Vegas. I am interested in long distance brrrring and flips. Ive been gathering information and networking the last month or so. I've been looking at different deals and narrowing in on the specifics of what I am looking for. My goal is to have 2 projects under my belt by end of next summer.
