Hey all,

I'm a new investor who is looking for a reliable and knowledgable realtor in the Denver, CO area. Specifically one who specializes in multi-family homes. I have looked on sites like Remax and Keller Williams and the results that match my criteria are in the multiple hundreds.

What is the best way to narrow my search to find the best realtor that matches my needs? Any tips or suggestions in this search would be greatly appreciated.
