I’m just getting started researching real estate investing and I always hear people talking about reinvesting their cash flow back into real estate. I’m just wondering what some of options are in this category.
Would you use it as down payment on more properties?
Could you use it to pay off mortgages quicker?
Do you start rehabbing nicer to get better rents?
