Hello all,

I’m currently invested in two properties and I’m starting to do travel nursing as well. I’m looking for a financial advisor who has experience with both if anyone has leads.

I currently live in Washington state and I plan on living here for about 5 more years. I do want to invest in out of state properties as I would get more ROI. I'm thinking about getting my real estate license in Washington. Main reason for that being so I can accumulate at least 2 more properties under my belt, granted that the price is right. Does access to MLS just include the state that I'm licensed in or all the states in the country? What 2 states/cities would you recommend looking into for out of state investments?

Hello all, I’m fairly new to BP. I currently have two housemates but I’m looking to add another roommate to the mix. The new roommate would have their own private bedroom space. I’m mainly looking into this so I can put more money aside for my next investment. Another reason being my current tenants are leaving around the same time in the next couple months. Although I can pay my mortgage myself, I’ve really enjoyed how much I’ve been saving with the roommates.

With that being said, does anyone know the Pierce county, wa laws in regards to how many unrelated people can live under one roof? I’ve tried googling but can’t find a clear cut answer. If you also have a link, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
