If you have experience in bowling alleys, i have a deal for someone to JV in with me. I have full contact with owner. The owner wants to expand to another place. They suggest an buyer can also become co-owner as well with other bowling facility. Would gladly like to involve someone with this opportunity. Check out Bowling Alley Investment by clicking this sentence the owner is a Pro Bowler who won 6 titles and is well known. If you check out link you will see all information included.

The steps it takes to buy a note. Such as home that is seller financed i came upon.  What is the process of making a note? Do you have to get in touch with the owner first to make the note?

I would like to do direct investing and setup some capital of my own to start doing passive investing.

Just listened to a podcast tonight on Note Investing.  I came across some seller financing in my area and would like to know investors who have had success in this niche.
