New investor just getting started in the field and looking for connections and network in the local Bay Area (Oakland, SF, and neighboring cities)! I come into this community with goals of buying and holding for the most part and some rehabbing/flipping. My real estate background consists of owning a multi-unit property for the last 5.5 years and now wanting to leverage that into more!
