Can anyone recommend a home insurance agency for a rental property I own in Gulfport, Mississippi? I am an out-of-state investor. I was insured with Goosehead, but they raised their rates by an extra $240 monthly, totaling over $400. My primary residence in California is insured by Mercury, which is not in Mississippi. I appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.
