Just curious to know if anyone using the brrr strategy ever ended up applying this to technique  to locate a property for themselves to move into after the rehab.

Hi, ken that sounds cool, any advice you can suggest about your guy in Arizona  would be appreciated. thanks

my wife was telling  me that she heard the same thing about investing in old town from friends that have property in Arizona. She insists that she mentioned that area to me in the past but I don't recall. We are  planning a trip out there soon so I can check out some areas but will definitely swing by old town. Thanks for the input guys much appreciated.

Thanks for the replies  Ken and Doug. I've visited Arizona a few times and always had a good time  there so I would consider buying something in the range of  150 - 175 for now and  maybe sell it later to buy something more permanent  for myself  when I retire.

Interested in buying a townhome or home in Scottsdale, Arizona to rent and hopefully have some sort of cash flow. I not sure about the market so any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for the advice Megan, didn't know about these options maybe it will give me some direction on how to proceed with investing.

my problem is funding to get started, I have money in a 401k but not sure I want to tap into that money. would like to know any creative strategies you can advise me on.

Hi Nick Vignone , glad to hear you have success with this type of investing strategy so I still have  hope that this maybe way to go for me  but with caution and due diligence on my part, I'm going to visit family and friends in Florida  next month and hopefully I can hook up with a realtor while I'm there.

thanks for all the info everyone provided to me on this subject ,seems like I have to research this a lot more closer than I thought but its really cool to talk to people with the knowledge and  experience  like the Bigger pockets community of investors.
