We have a great producing Airbnb double wide in Washington state with solid equity. We would

Like to tap into that equity but mortgage brokers say there are no programs for us. Does anyone have some ideas for us or contacts.

Ok so made 400K ona recent sale of a LTR. I think we have a solid plan to spend the proceeds I think I just want validation. We are doing 1031 exchange.

First: we are purchasing a piece of land for 200k and plan on building a home that we will use for personal use as well as STR.

Second: we are purchasing a STR in Scottsdale

Third: we are purchasing a condo in Nashville that is STR only.

The entire plan was to create more cash flow opportunity.

Thoughts and do folks feel like generally these are good moves to make.

Thanks ahead of time.

@Jeff E.

Thanks Jeff this is very helpful

We are looking to invest our earnings on a sale into an STR in Scottsdale. I would love to know who here has done well and would you advise against or for this strategy.
