Hello,

My name is Eddie and I live in the central Brevard county area of Florida. I have always been interested in real estate. My wife and i have built 2 homes as owner builder and sold 1 piece of vacant land. We currently own 1 piece of vacant land and are interested in finding a home to flip in our area without using our money if possible. 

That is all the experience we have with real estate and would love to be able to flip homes in our area as our primary income. Since we are both unemployed at the moment what better time to learn something new.
